Before you begin
- Access to the Neyvo web dashboard (your production or staging URL).
- Optional: Twilio numbers, Google Calendar or Calendly, and other integrations enabled for your workspace.
Typical setup flow
- Create or import an operator (voice agent) with name, voice, and system prompt.
- Attach a phone line or voice entry point (per your workspace configuration).
- Connect integrations (calendar, SMS, CRM) under Integrations.
- Add knowledge (FAQs, documents) so the operator can answer policy and product questions.
- Run test calls from the dashboard before going live.
