Operator

An operator is a configurable voice agent: prompt, voice, tools, and optional knowledge. You edit it from Operators in the nav, then each tab (Overview, AI Studio, Knowledge base, and so on). See Operators list.

Line

A line is a telephony entry point (for example a phone number) and how it connects into routing. You manage it under Lines. See Lines.

Campaign

A campaign is an outbound program over a contact list with compliance controls (for example DNC). See Campaigns.
